The role: Test Engineering Lead Google TV

* Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the Seoul test team
- Coordinate with teams at other sites
- Write test automation and frameworks
- Provide technical guidance to test team members

* Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree. In lieu of degree, 4 years work experience in related field
- Must speak Korean and be able to understand english both written and verbally.
- Experience coding skill in Java, Python, or similar languages.

* Preferred Qualifications:
- 8 years relevant work experience, including experience in building testing frameworks, tools and automation within a large scale enterprise environment.
- Deep knowledge of A/V, streaming video, consumer electronic devices and/or web testing.
- Strong development management or testing team leadership experience with a proven track record in scaling highly technical teams.
- Experience hiring, mentoring, and training manual and test automation engineers.
- Strong project management skills including experience managing in an agile / test driven environment
- Proven track record for high quality product delivery demonstrating a passion for technology.
