19일(현지시각) 애플은 “9월 분기에 iOS, 아이클라우드와 함께 미래 제품을 공급할 것(it will undergo a `future product transition` sometime during the current September quarter)”이라고 실적 보고 컨퍼런스 콜에서 밝혔다. 그러나 "미래 제품이 아이폰5인지에 대해서는 밝힐 수 없다"며 언급을 피했다.
