Are you using ItemizedOverlay to display your markers?
If so, ItemizedOverlay.getLatSpanE6() and ItemizedOverlay.getLonSpanE6() will give you the span of your markers. You can then use MapController.zoomToSpan() to find an appropriate zoom level.
As for panning, depending on your application, you may want to center on a particular marker or you may want to compute the center of all of your markers. If the latter, you'll need to do it yourself, as ItemizedOverlay doesn't compute that information.
ItemizedOverlay를 사용하고 계신다는 가정 하에 (안 쓰신다면 이걸로 바꾸어서 구현하심이. 권장사항이니까...)
