Where can I find my Merchant ID and Merchant Key?
You'll be able to find your Merchant ID and key inside your Google Checkout account:

Log into your Android developer account.
Click the link labeled “View Merchant Account.”
Choose the “Settings” tab.
Look for the “Integration” link on the left side of the screen and click it.
On the far right you will see your Merchant ID and key.

그런데 셋팅탭에 통합이란 링크가 없습니다.
어디서 key값을 찾을 수 있을까요? 또는 기본적으로는 없고 어디서 생성해야 되나요??
