조회버튼을 누르면 ListView에 데이터가 뿌려지게 하고있어요...

조회버튼을 클릭할때 Intent를 쓰지않고, ListView의 데이터만 다시 뿌려주려고합니다.

그런데, 데이터가 있는경우는 잘나오느데... 데이터가 없는 경우는 이전 데이터가 지워지지아

데이터가 있는 경우는 조회가 잘 되지만 데이터가 없는 경우는 이전 데이터가 지워지지않습니다. 

어떻게해야 setEmptyView가 작동을 할까요?...ㅜㅜ 이틀째 붙들고 있어요... 도와주세요...
