일단 Drewgaren의 트윗을 훑어보면서 저는 재대로 부팅이 되었네요
방법을 알려드리자면
아마 부트애니메이션이 계속 반복되는 증상이실텐데
커널을 바꿔보라고 하더군요
커널을 바꾸지 않고 아래 boot.img로 부팅해도 재대로 부팅이 되네요
커널 주소는 아래입니다.
(여기서 종류가 많은데 ICS Kernels 을 사용했습니다. 아래 다른 두종류도 있는데 저는그냥 첫번째로 했습니다)
그리고 fastboot으로 부팅을 하라고 하더군요
boot.img파일 링크는 아래입니다.
이렇게 하고나면 어플리케이션 업데이트가 나올텐데요
저는 86개의 업데이트가 되더군요
그러고나서 어플리케이션 시작이라고 알려주고 바로 부팅완료가 뜨면서
시작화면이 나올겁니다
계속 부팅애니메이션이 나오시는 분들은 이렇게 하심 될듯합니다
(저는 이렇게 해서 성공햇습니다)

AOSP ICS BETA 1:
Description: I am no longer using the on screen
button version build because it not necessary on a smaller screen device such as
a Nexus S. This build contains zipaigned and optimized apps along with the
ICS_MR0 build. The build fingerprint is aosp along with the full build, and is
ICS_MR0 crespo so you will not run into any trouble downloading applications.
Most GAPPS will also be upgradeable as well. This build is not tweaked out to
the max, there or some slight mods with init.d scripts and build.prop mods but
for the most part this build is full aosp with a few modifications to get it
running on crespo devices and just work a bit better. In the future I will add
more tweaks.
THIS BUILD HAS BEEN TESTED ONLY ON i9020a/t devices.
It is reported that some i1923 devices cannot boot with the current kernel.
For those with i1923 devices who need a new kernel
visit XDA, download a separate ICS kernel and install through clockwork recovery
after the rom install.

Install Instructions:
Boot into Clockwork Recovery
-wipe data/factory reset
-wipe cache
-wipe dalvik
-install from zip
-reboot and enjoy!!
Notes:
Do not turn on 2D acceleration on in settings ->
developer.
In spare parts turn off compatibility mode and
restart for downloaded apps to work better in ics.
Need a root explorer like tool? I suggest using jrummy’s root browser.
롬 올리고 10분 가량 기다렸는데도 안넘어가서 다시 하고 있는데 또 그러는것같네요... 이상합니다 -_-;;
