We recently contacted you regarding compatibility issues of Smart Money-Budget with Galaxy Note, a new mobile device to be launched from Samsung Electronics soon.
 
We would like to know if you are interested in kindly resolving the issue. If necessary, we could provide relevant screenshots. Also, with the consultation of Samsung Mobile, we might be able to send over a test device. 
 
As for compensations, we'd offer the following:
- a guaranteed listing in Galaxy Choice for Galaxy devices
- a chance to be featured as "Hot app" in Galaxy Choice

Facts about Galaxy Choice for Samsung Galaxy devices:
- sole app recommending service for Samsung Galaxy phones
- pre-installed to all Samsung Galaxy devices since Aug 2011 in Korea
- to be pre-installed on Galaxy Note and other upcoming devices globally
- CTR of each app's download button on detail-view page is over 40%
- "Hot apps" have been chosen by users tens of thousands times more than normal apps

Also, Samsung Mobile might consider supporting additional development expenses.

"The problem of Smart Money-Budget with Galaxy Note is the display. We assume that it is due to the resolution settings that were implemented when you first developed your app. So, we hope you can check to ensure that the application has been set to the specific resolution that matches the Galaxy Note. The screen specification for the Galaxy Note is 5.3’’ WXGA (1280x800, 285 PPI) HD Super AMOLED and the approximate size is 71mm x 115mm. The DPI is XHDPI."
