제가 질문이 있어서 그런데요.
밑에 그림 보시면 아시겠지만
저 2개의 차이점은 ListView가 있느냐 없느냐에 따라 아래부분이 나오고 안나오고 입니다.ㅜ
ListView가 있을때도 안나오게 하고 싶은데 어떤 방법이 없을까요?

Tab을 구성하고 있는 xml은

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<TabHost xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
 android:id="@android:id/tabhost"
 android:layout_width="fill_parent"
 android:layout_height="fill_parent" >
 <LinearLayout android:orientation="vertical"
  android:layout_width="fill_parent"
  android:layout_height="fill_parent"
  android:padding="3dp">
  <FrameLayout android:id="@android:id/tabcontent"
   android:layout_width="fill_parent"
   android:layout_height="wrap_content"
   android:layout_weight="1" />
  <TabWidget android:id="@android:id/tabs"
   android:layout_width="fill_parent"
   android:layout_height="wrap_content" />
 </LinearLayout>
</TabHost>

이며 혹시 FrameLayout에 layout_weight속성이 문제인가 싶어 없애봐도 똑같습니다.. ㅜ
다른 방법이 없을까요?
ListView도 일반적으로 별 다를 바 없는 xml 형식입니다.

<ListView android:layout_width="fill_parent" 
    android:id="@+id/phonebook_listview" android:layout_height="360px">
 </ListView>
