안드로이드 개발자 등록하고 결제도 했는데 아래처럼 나오네요..

Your Registration to the Android Market is still being processed.
You can upload applications to the Android Market but you cannot publish until your registration is completed.

원래 기다려야되는건가요?
그리고 웃긴건 어플리케이션 업로드하는데도 에러가 납니다;
JSON이 잘못되었다고 하는데 이건 위에 에러때문에 그런건지
지금 Developer Console이 이상한거라 그런건지 머가 잘못된건지 모르겠네요


아..그리고 혹시 APK 업로드하면 Developer Console 내에서 어플리케이션명이 한글이면 깨지나요?
아니면... 소스에서 설정해줘야하는건지...
다른 계정으로 테스트하니까 ㅁㅁㅁㅁㅁㅁ이런식으로 깨져서 나오던데...
처음이라 모르는게 많네요..ㅜㅜ
