With 2.1 (rooted, CPU set at 250 - 950/51 ondemand scaling) NFS (Need for Speed) would run once or twice and then would not run until I
rebooted the phone.
With 2.2.1 (rooted, CPU set at 250- 950/51 ondemand scaling, autokiller set to optimum preset (35MB - 40MB RAM free)) I rarely have to reboot phone to get NFS to run. Also, I am running Launcher Pro with about 8 widgets and a live wall paper.
I am not sure what the problem with NFS is - I have read comments from some users with much higher end phones (such as Galaxy series) not being
able run NFS at all or it just force closes - seems like some type memory issue - possibly a memory leak but I have not verified this.
