언젠가 이런상황이 올지도모르겟다 생각은 했지만 올린지 반년다되가는데 갑자기 삭제되어버렸네요
광고도 수익도없고 유저도많지않고 소소하긴하지만 주말마다 조금씩조금씩 꾸준히 업데이트했던 어플인데 ㅜㅜ

앱을 직접 보진 못했습니다만, 테트리스처럼 유명한 게임은 특히 조심해야 합니다. 저작권만 관리하는 업체를 두기도 한다고 들었습니다.
몇 년 전에는 Getty Images라는 세계적으로 유명한 클립아트/사진 등을 라이선스하는 업체에서, 한국 디자이너/업체 등을 상대로 대대적인 '소탕작전'을 편 적도 있었죠. 즉, 자신들의 사진을 무단으로 사용한 경우를 찾아내 업체건 개인이건 간에 저작권료를 받아간 걸로 알고 있습니다. 저와 함께 일하던 프리랜서 디자이너도 여기에 걸려서 원래 사용료의 수십배에 해당하는 금액을 냈다고 들은 것 같습니다.
Flickr 등에 개인이 올린 사진도 라이센스 반드시 확인하셔야 하고, 오픈소스라 해도 상용으로는 사용하지 못하도록 제한하는 경우가 많습니다. 웹사이트 등에 정확하게 명시돼있지 않으면 반드시 이메일 등으로 상업적으로 사용해도 되냐고 반드시 확인하셔야 합니다.
Oceans Eleven님 말씀처럼 추가적인 법률조치가 없으면 다행입니다.
테트리스 저작권 문제로 앱삭제당하신거군요..
저도 만들어볼라다가.... 저작권있다고해서 안했는데 실제로 걸리는군요...... 돈내고 저작권료 내고 다시 파시든가 아니면
그냥 쥐쥐치셔야합니다.....
