안녕하세요.
 
eclipse 안드로이드sdk  설치중인데요..
 
eclipse -> windows -> android sdk and avd manager -> available packages에
https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository.xml
을 추가하고 접속을 하면
 
"
Failed to fetch URL https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository.xml, reason: Connection timed out: connect
"

이런 에러가 생기면서 sdk 설치가 안됩니다.

웹을 온통 찾아다녀서..  https -> http 로도 해보고 settings 에서 force https ~~ 체킹을해서 사용을 해도 해결이 안되네요..

이거 해결책이 없을까요..

참고로 win7 설치된 컴입니다..
