안드로이드 개발 질문/답변

인터넷에 찾아보면 나오는 것들 인데 어디어디에 써서 넣어서 실행을 하는지 알 수 가 없어서 질문을 합니다.
webview 열어야된다고 하는데 제가 작성해서 아래것들을 html로 작성해서 띄우니까 아무것도 안나오더라고요.
그리고 이렇게 해서 하면 코딩으로 데이터값 수정하려면 어떻게 해야하나요?
저는 단지 값 12개를 이용해서 그래프를 그리고 싶은데 좀 더 쉬운 방법이 있으면 가르쳐 주세요
